Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority.  We strive hard to ensure that your experience at prepmantra.com is most pleasant.  Towards this endeavour, we have provided ample opportunity for you to sample the functionality and services offered by prepmantra.com, at no charge.    There is however a charge for "Premium" membership which provides full access to all courses and services offered by us.  

If you are not satisfied with the additioal services provided to premium members, you are invited to please send us an email to nothappy@prepmantra.com.   Our representatives will get in touch with you to see if there is anything that we can do to keep you as a satisfied member.  If however, we believe that there is still a valid justification for you to feel dissatisfied, we shall refund you the entire amount paid by you.

Please note:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email at info@prepmantra.com
• In order to be eligible for a refund of subscription fees, you may send us an email at info@prepmantra.com, within 3 days of the activation of your premium membership. 
• No reason need be given for requestion a refund, provided the refund is requested within the time period mentioned above.

Duration & Mode of Refund
It will be our endeavour to ensure that your cancellation is refunded with 7 business days.  Kindly note that any refund will be done via the payment gateway only.
